| Olean, NY - The Southern Tier Jr. Bassmasters
held a Casting Kids event at Walmart in Allegany, NY on June 11, 2006. This event is where kids, ages 7 -14 test their skills at flipping, pitching and casting. There were 18 kids that competed in the days events. The 2 winners are: Mavrick Glover from Olean, NY who scored an 80 and Nathan Hofmann from Coudersport, PA who scored a 120. We would like to thank Ed Schuh and Walmart for allowing us to have our event there. The setup was wonderful! We would also like to thank our scorekeepers, Bob Elliott and Don Hallock!
