The regular monthly meeting was held on June 8, 2011, at Perkins Family Restaurant in Olean, NY.

Grill Raffle Reminder!

Tickets for the annual grill raffle should be turned in to Don Hallock. It is important to get the tickets and money, or any unsold tickets to Don, on or before the Russ Louk Memorial tournament on Conesus Lake, July 2, 2011. The drawing will be held immediately following the weigh-in.

Tournament News

Tournament director Howard Stives, Jr. announced that the first points tournament of the season will be held on Seneca Lake on June 25th.

Entry deadline is the Tuesday, 5pm, prior to the tournament date, as in all STBM points tournaments.

Please be to the tournament site(s) on time and prepared to go. We would appreciate any help, launching, pulling boats and picking up after weigh-in. Remember that a lot of our anglers will be alone and an extra hand will speed things up.

Junior Club News

Youth director Janene Estes reported that current junior membership stands at 24 paid members.

The pancake breakfast at Applebee's, in Olean, NY brought in $912 in profits. Thank you to everyone who helped at the event and all those who supported it.

Tickets for a 50/50 raffle are currently being sold and the winner will be drawn at the Richburg Rod & Gun Club pond tourney on Aug. 10, 2011. Tickets are available from any junior member for $2 ea. or 3 for $5.

The annual Lake Erie fun day event is on June 12 from 7 am- 12noon. Refreshments are available after the weigh-in. The first boat tournament is Chautauqua Lake on June 26.

Our CTC team should be getting clarified. Whoever is taking charge should contact Bob Green to let him know who is on the team and get all proper paperwork completed
