The regular monthly meeting was held on March 9, 2011,
at Perkins Family Restaurant in Olean, NY.
NEW
DATE FOR APRIL MEETING!!
We’ll be holding our April meeting
at 10:00 AM on Saturday, April 16 at the Clarion Hotel in
Batavia. One of our sponsors, Ken Golub, will host the event,
taking care of the room rental as well as pizza and refreshments
after the meeting. This meeting will replace the
regularly scheduled April 13th meeting.
Ken will speak briefly about boat insurance his All State
company offers. After that, the Coast Guard will have a representative
speak on their offer to hold a boat vessel inspection for
free, not ticketing those boats that would not be in compliance.
In addition, after we eat, we’ll be holding a swap meet
in which members can bring any rods and reels they’d
like to sell or trade. Members are encouraged to bring a friend
who may benefit from the speakers and who may want to buy
an item during the sale. Non-club members can not sell trade
items, just purchase them.
We’re looking for a good turnout and members must contact
Dominic DiGirolamo at digiroplad@gmail.com
so we can better plan how many refreshments to order.
