The regular monthly meeting was held on May 11, 2011, at Perkins Family Restaurant in Olean, NY.

Junior Club News

The juniors will hold their annual breakfast from 8-10 AM on June 4 at Applebee’s in Olean. Tickets are $5 and are available from any junior or at the door. Please come and support this fundraiser. The breakfast and service are second to none.All times for the pond and lake tournaments will remain the same as last year. Check thejunior section of the web site for all important information.

The juniors will be holding a fundraiser for their 6-man team. Tickets will be available at the June meeting.

Fundraising

Ticket sales for our annual grill raffle are going well. Noel Good will be printing more tickets to supply an increased demand. Please be sure to turn in all tickets and money, even tickets that are not sold, as soon as possible. It is important that we have an accurate count of these tickets. The drawing will be at the Russ Louk Memorial tournament, at Conesus Lake, July 2, 2011.

We are also still looking for a couple more sponsors for this year’s trail. Time is getting short so please contact Bob Green with any leads or possible sponsor names.

Tournaments

All tournament site permits have been secured.

The tournament season is almost here, so get your entries submitted. Remember that the deadline for the points tournaments is entries must be received by 5pm the Wednesday prior to each event.

Other News

A reminder that if you are interested in qualifying for the club’s 2012 6-man (CTC) team, you must be a NYBCF member by our June meeting. You can mail your state membership application to our club P.O. box or bring in person to the June meeting.
